Bring launched a new digital service: Home delivery

Bring

The Bring Group had an idea of creating a service for home delivery of lighter packages. The client (the package receiver) would be able to follow the delivery's entire journey - from the online store to the door - in real-time on his/her smartphone.

Home-delivery is becoming more common and the requirements for suppliers are becoming higher. Once an order has been placed, most people want it to be quick and easy to get their order, at a reasonable price.

The Bring Group had an idea of creating a service for home delivery of lighter packages. The client (the package receiver) would be able to follow the delivery's entire journey - from the online store to the door - in real-time on his/her smartphone. It was important for Bring that the progressive web app was user-centred and offered a high-level user experience.

Simple & Playful

Mockups & Design

Emmelie and a small team developed the concept, new design, a coded prototype and new tonality in the communication between Bring and the consumer.

Bring's new home delivery meets the high demands that are set. It's easy to adjust the date and time when life changes, add extra services and information. When the delivery is on its way, it is easy to follow packages in real-time and be ready to receive packages. As simple as possible with a playful design.
